1957 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Roadster

From the Catalogue

1. One of roughly 260 street-specification big-block roadsters built between 1965 and 1967, offered at Carmel against a $1,500,000 to $1,800,000 estimate. Did not find a buyer in the room but was placed privately after the sale, entering Broad Arrow's finalised top ten and underlining how much of the week's business is now concluded off the block.
